I haven’t got chance to update our blog for 2 weeks. In the last week, I got some emails from some our blog followers to ask us what we are busy with and Danny didn’t update blog for 2 weeks, what happened. I told them, they will see it soon, it’s a big project. Yes, this is one of the biggest commercial advertisement project we have got for this year. One unique thing about this project is that: This is the first time that we are not only engaged as photographer, we are contracted and engaged as advertising agency. For this project, we are engaged with client as a role of their advertising agency for their 2010. 2011, 2012 online advertisement campaign to be launched in Beijing & US targeting to Asia American market. The client is a global telephone service company. For some reason, we don’t want to release their name now. But they are the competitor of AT&T, so you know who they are and you will see all these photos on different public website. We had a really tight timeline to get this project done, so we blocked 2 whole weeks not accepting any booking and just concentrating on this commercial. We posted casting calls for models and received more than 50 model applicants. Finally client picked 10 models for this project. Thanks for all the makeup artist & hair stylist to come to be part of the team, you girls did an amazing work.

The whole project have been shot for 2 whole days. The part 1 was done on April 29, and four models participated in this session. Thanks Zoe for flying from L.A to join this project and I am sorry that I make your schedule hectic. But we are really excited that you can be part of our team. We shot from 2 PM until 2 AM at my studio. When we finished the work, we were too excited and went through all the photos with Zoe till the morning of the next day. Zoe, I know you will sleep really well in your trip to Hawaii after working 24 hours with us.Let’s sneak peek a few shots:

Khalil Fong & Fiona Sit’s “Awesome Concert” is really awesome. We are so impressed by Khalil’s music talent and he is such a music genius. It’s our first to attend Khalil’s live concert and we are so impressed. We can feel his true passion and personality from his music. That’s why his music has such a  feeling that can touch your soul. And we do hope TimeWarner  HongKong can really cherish this music genius and let him keep his own passion and stick to his own music. Fiona is a really cute girl, sweet and energetic. After the concert, we got a chance to dinner together and stay close with Khalil and Fiona. They are really humble and easy going. We had a great night and Julia got chance to drink a lot, a lot. Wayne was so shocked that Julia can drink that much. I know that.We do hope Khalil & Fiona can come to San Francisco again very soon.

And if you missed this one, you can catch them in Los Angeles this Saturday. They will have a concert in Pasadena Civic Auditorium at 7 PM this Saturday.

It’s our great pleasure to cover Fiona & Khalil’s autograph party at Sing Tao Headquarter. We are so excited that Fiona & Khalil will have their concert together at San Francisco this Sunday and we will their photographer. Fiona & Khalil are two superstar singer from Hongkong & China, and they are so hot. And the name of the concert is called “Awesome”, and I am sure the concert will be awesome. Khalil was born in Hawaii and grew up in a music family. Khalil started to demonstrate his music talent from young age. Fiona was a super model, you can tell from photos. And got signed with Time Warner as a singer. Her first individual album was officially released in year 2004 and it was a blast and she gained immediate attention and popularity. And now she is the best advertisement star in Hongkong.
The concert will be hold at 7:00 PM at Nob Hill Masonic Auditorium on April 18th, this Sunday. Come to join us and it’s going to be AWESOME.

It’s the first time that we shot an engagement session in raining day. Thanks Lindsey & Todd for being so flexible and easy to work together. Although it’s raining, we still had a good time and lot of fun together. We planned this engagement session about a month ago. Lindsey & Todd both live in L.A and they flied to bay area this trip for the engagement session, tasting and other vendor meeting. When we headed out from our home in south bay, it’s still sunny. But as we drove close to San Francisco, it got darker and darker, and Julia started praying:”No rain, please, no rain”. But when we got to golden gate, it started the big rain. This doesn’t happen a lot in the summer time in California, but it happened this time. But, after a few test shot, we found the photos looks great and it has completely a different feel and look, because it doesn’t rain very often in California. And Lindsey and Todd are just so nice and easy to work together. Most of shots are candid and we don’t need to ask them to pose. As Julia said, they are the couple who kissed most often in engagement photo session. That’s super and hot.
