It’s Melissa & Jeff’s wedding at the beautiful Ardenwood historical farm at Fremont. Melissa and Jeff booked us over a year ago, we can’t believe time flies so fast and it’s their big day. Both ceremony and reception are in this beautiful historical farm. It’s so beautiful itself with lots of trees and flowers and you don’t have to bring flowers to decorate at all. Christine and John’s big day will be in Next month, September 26th, coming soon. We just shot their lovely and romantic engagement photo session at Sausalito, Marine county, CA. We started from 5:30PM and ended about 9:30 PM. It’s a long session, but we had a lot of fun. And It was actually very chilly at the evening time in San Francisco city. Meng contacted us about 3 months ago to arrange a portrait session for his daughter, Chowsi. Then we shot this portrait session at Bonfante Garden at Gilroy last Sunday. It was super hot, but Chowsi was excited and really had a good time playing the waters. Chowsi is about 2 years old. At the beginning, she was little bit scared about the water. But Meng and Judy kept staying in the water ground and kept running with her, finally, she got relaxed and began to love it. Here are a few shots for this portrait session:
And Chowsi, we will see you soon again in about 40 days, as Meng just booked us for another family portrait session when their second daughter will be 100 days.
Erika & Kevin’s wedding will be on September 20th, so about a month before their big day, we shoot this Pre-Wedding Portrait Session. The Pre-Wedding Portrait session is a combination of a 2 hours engagement session + a 2 hours wedding portrait session. Our Pre-wedding portrait session became more and more popular among our customers. They love this wedding portrait before their big day because it is not limited by time and location of the wedding day, they can pick their favorite location and we can shoot at the best time for photos, and they don’t have to shoot After-day.
Erika & Kevin spent so much time in preparing this Pre-wedding Portrait Session. They picked their favorite place: Carmel-by-the-sea. They went their a week ago for a whole day to research the photo spots and made of list of to-shoot locations, they went to shopping together and got a really stylish and cute match outfit for their engagement session, they met us for a dinner consult to talk about shooting schedule. All these efforts made this session so smooth and the photos came out stunning. We met up at 5:00PM in Carmel and shoot until 9:00PM, and most restaurants were to close at that time so we have to came back San Jose for dinner. Again thanks Kevin for the dinner treat, we really had a lot of fun with you guys and we cann’t wait for your big day, very excited here. It’s Ellin and James’ big day. Ellin & James booked us last year in August, so we have waited a whole year before their big day. Finally, it comes. The wedding day starts with a Tea ceremony with super tough games for the boys at South San Francisco in the morning and followed by a big evening banquet at Silver Dragon Restaurant in Oakland. The banquet was full of talented performance by the bride and groom, and their best friends. All the guests had a great time and were really entertained by this talented couple.
